Panvo’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is approved by major regulatory bodies like US FDA and WHO. Our GMP certified manufacturing facility is spread over 100,000 sq. ft. and manufactures various categories of APIs, novel formulations & sustainable agriculture inputs. The facility is situated in Gummidipoondi, an industrial town, 30 miles north of Chennai. Our new Greenfield manufacturing facility is set to start its operations by the end of 2022 and is situated 50 miles from the existing facility.

We are the market leaders in several products and are often considered the ‘Gold Standard’ for those products.​

CAPABILITIES IN INNOVATION

Panvo’s in-house R & D lab is well resourced to operate on projects ranging from gram-scale to kilogram-scale. The pilot plant at the manufacturing facility has all the process capabilities that the manufacturing plant has and allows easy and efficient scale-up of products from the lab to the production floor. The pilot plant can process batch sizes ranging from 1 kg to 25 kgs.

We have been granted a Patent in 2021 for Novel Application of Chitosan in dental treatment. We are also working on several other proprietary & novel products which will enhance our IP portfolio.

We have received recognition of our in-house R&D unit from DSIR in 2022.

At Panvo, we believe that the trust of our customers can be earned when we manufacture and supply the highest quality products. Our manufacturing plant has been successfully inspected by major regulators like US FDA & WHO. Our products are Halal and Kosher Certified.

We have a full fledged quality control laboratory for all testing of finished products, raw materials & in-process. Quality assurance systems have been implemented as per GMP norms
